DALLAS, TX (January 24, 2020) — CR3 Partners is pleased to announce that Sean Cunningham has joined as a Partner of the firm and will be based in its New York office. “We are excited to have Sean join our firm and further strengthen our Northeast team. Sean comes to CR3 with 20 years of restructuring experience in a variety of industries including healthcare and retail. We look forward to working with him and continuing to grow our practice nationwide,” said Partner, James Katchadurian. Sean’s background includes extensive experience working directly for and providing restructuring advice and services to debtors, senior lenders, and unsecured creditors. Prior to joining CR3, Sean was a Senior Managing Director at a national restructuring and turnaround firm.
David Tiffany has been elevated to Partner of the firm. David has over 15 years of corporate leadership experience, achieving significant cost reductions, revenue improvements, and profitability increases through complex restructurings. “David has been with the firm for three years and done exceptional work. We are more than happy to welcome him into Partnership,” said Partner, Gene Baldwin.
Along with the addition of two new partners, CR3 Partners would also like to announce two other employees who joined the firm this winter: Cade Kennedy, a Director in the Dallas office and Alex Boerema, a Manager in the Chicago office. Cade has over 20 years of experience leading clients and providing restructuring services. Alex is a seasoned financial consultant assisting companies through their unique and complex situations.
Layne Deutscher has been promoted to Manager in the Dallas office. Partner, William Snyder said, “We are pleased to announce Layne Deutscher’s promotion to Manager at CR3 Partners. In the last few years, working with many clients, Layne has honed his skills to a point where he can manage cases.”
