A Rich History of Success

Founded in 2016, the members of CR3 Partners, LLC have a history of success in our industry that goes back decades. We are the third iteration of the highly successful “CR” brand, bringing the industry’s leading talent together once again.

In 2001, William Snyder and several like-minded colleagues founded Corporate Revitalization Partners, LLC (CRP) to fill a void in the middle market for best-in-class turnaround advisory services. In 2007, CRP merged with The Recovery Group, Inc. (TRG) to form CRG Partners, and the group began servicing larger clients in addition to their traditional middle-market base. In 2012, CRG’s leadership position was recognized when the firm was acquired by Deloitte and rebranded as Deloitte CRG.

In CR3's first year, we attracted a large number of seasoned professionals – many from prior incarnations of the CR brand of companies as well as nationally-recognized firms – all eager to help “put the band back together” and create the premier national middle-market performance-improvement and turnaround firm. As the news of CR3’s inception made its way through the market, we were hired by clients and referral sources old and new, across multiple industries, eager to tap our financial and operational expertise. In a matter of weeks after our founding, we had over 40 professionals across six offices, and were once again off and running.

The CR brand continues to live on in CR3 Partners. We are proof that lighting can strike three times in the same place.
