Peter has built operating models and cash flow forecasts to evaluate liquidity and financing needs and has conducted extensive analysis of key operational performance drivers to provide critical solutions to board members and senior management in a variety of distressed situations.

Representative Experience
  • Advised a $160MM casual dining chain on its Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and 363 sale process where he led cure cost negotiations with landlords and performed EBITDA analysis at the individual store level to assess the viability of go-forward locations.
  • Advised a cryptocurrency trading platform on its Chapter 11 Bankruptcy preference claim case where he performed forensic analysis on blockchain transaction datasets in preparation for an avoidance action defense.
  • Advised a distressed logistics company on negotiations with key creditors by performing an analysis of its extensive leased asset portfolio and building several proposed debt restructuring scenarios as alternatives to an in-court bankruptcy filing.
  • Responsible for the leveraged buyout model for a pharmaceutical company’s purchase of several product lines from a global competitor to be financed with a $130MM term loan. Performed thorough analysis on the growth trajectory and patent/IP profiles of each product line to determine realistic base case and downside investment scenarios for the balance sheet committee.
  • Underwrote a $210MM senior secured revolving line of credit for a beverage company’s leveraged buyout of a competitor and refinance of its existing term debt.
