Led teams during initial assessment of business operations and development of multi-year business plans, including operations & sales channel improvements, SG&A expense reduction, product/business line shifts, and liquidity management. Managed long-term engagements to support implementation of cost reduction & strategic activities, negotiations with lenders, cash flow management, and capital plan implementation – yielding hundred of millions of dollars of financial performance improvement.
CRO to a $40MM, two-facility, food packaging company. Led a team to deal with a liquidity crisis, implement inventory management, rationalize SKU’s, stabilize workforce, and address operations and sales cycle issues.
