Jeff Huddleston is an experienced business leader and financial advisor with over 25 years of experience delivering value to companies, management teams, board of directors, lenders, and stakeholders. He has served in interim executive and other management roles in situations involving business and financial distress, M&A transactions, and wind-downs. Prior to CR3, Jeff was a Managing Director and Partner with Alvarez & Marsal and led multiple complex restructuring matters.
Representative Experience
- Interim Chief Financial Officer for Lazydays Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded $800MM+ national operator of recreational vehicle dealerships, where he led the finance organization through a PIPE equity placement and other strategic corporate transactions.
- Financial advisor to a publicly traded, $900MM+ global industrial services company during multiple debt refinancing rounds and the divestiture of a significant business segment.
- Led the out-of-court wind-down and dissolution of a private equity-backed offshore E&P company, including the monetization of non-operating working interests, liability settlements and disposition, and achieved a successful recovery to equity.
- Interim Chief Financial Officer to Saratoga Resources, Inc. during the restructuring negotiations, Chapter 11, and sale of E&P assets located in offshore Louisiana state waters.
- Financial advisor to subsidiaries of Paramount Group, LTD, an international developer and manufacturer of defense systems and military equipment, during Chapter 11 proceedings.
