He has served in interim executive and other management roles in situations involving business and financial distress, M&A transactions, and wind-downs. Prior to CR3, Jeff was a Managing Director and Partner with a global turnaround and restructuring firm and led multiple complex restructuring matters.

- Led the wind-down and dissolution of a private equity-backed offshore E&P company, including the monetization of non-operating working interests, termination of business processes and contracts, negotiation of discounted liabilities, and a successful returned recovery to equity.
- Advised a major creditor in the successful negotiation of a structured settlement and confirmation of a Plan of Reorganization of a specialized farming and agricultural company.
- Interim CFO to Saratoga Resources, Inc. during the restructuring negotiations, Chapter 11, and sale of E&P assets located in offshore Louisiana state waters.
- Financial advisor to Buccaneer Resources, Inc. during the restructuring negotiations and Chapter 11, and sale of E&P assets in offshore Alaska.
