Interim CFO of a $200MM steel tank manufacturer. Reorganized financial team, created 3-FS and 13-week cash flow forecasts to support operations, revamped the procurement process to include hedging opportunities, and managed inventory effectively.
Member of a team associated with a $500MM Medical Lab in Receivership. The engagement team replaced senior management for a medical diagnostic lab (molecular, clinical, anatomic pathology). Stabilized operation, implemented compliance program, and developed strategic alternatives amidst a highly publicized owner dispute and investigation of pre-receivership conduct.
Financial advisor to a $100MM food manufacturing company who created custom sauces and packaging solutions. Led profitability assessment, identifying need for price increases, along with G&A expense reductions. Provided support in handling lender issues and managed a successful refinancing effort.
