Arthur Zhang is a financial professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking. He has a track record of building highly effective finance teams, helping companies navigate through difficult periods of underperformance, and evaluating and implementing various strategic actions to create value for stakeholders.
Prior to joining CR3 Partners, Arthur was part of the finance management team at multiple companies where he oversaw financial forecasting, treasury and corporate development. Arthur started his career in investment banking with J.P. Morgan and Evercore, where he spent 11 years advising clients in the energy industry on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising.
