DALLAS, TX (April 2, 2019) — The CR3 Partners Board of Managers is pleased to announce that Jeff Armstrong and Dawn Ragan have been admitted to the firm's partnership. Jeff has more than 35 years of experience in operations, finance, and general management. He is based in Atlanta and we are excited for him to lead our growth efforts in the Southeast. Dawn is based in our Dallas headquarters and brings over 25 years of experience in financial advisory, turnaround management, and corporate finance. Her expertise in restructuring matters has been highlighted through numerous speaking engagements and we are excited for her to continue to share her wealth of knowledge with our clients.
We are also pleased to announce several new employees who have joined us this year: Mike Caruso, Director in our Boston office; Jaime Angarita, Manager in our New York office; Zack Hyman, Senior Associate in our Chicago office; and Michael Sandnes, Director in our New York office.
