LOS ANGELES, CA (October 15, 2019) — CR3 Partners is delighted to announce that Tim Skillman has joined as a Partner of the firm and will be heading the new CR3 Partners Los Angeles office. Tim’s background includes over 20 years of experience advising public and private companies. Prior to joining CR3, Tim was a Managing Director at a national restructuring and turnaround firm where he led the West Coast practice and managed a team of professionals.
“We are excited to have Tim join our group and open the office in the Los Angeles area with him at the helm,” said partner Rob Carringer. “Tim is a seasoned turnaround professional with several interim C-level assignments under his belt. The West Coast market has been a strong market for us historically, and the addition of a Los Angeles office will allow us to reach more clients in that market quickly.”
CR3 Partners will also bring on James Baring as a Director in the Los Angeles office. James is a highly experienced restructuring professional with expertise in the energy, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and consumer products industries.

Along with the addition of the Los Angeles office, CR3 Partners would also like to announce two other employees who joined us this fall: Kep Sweeney and Carmen Barrett- both Directors in our Dallas office. Kep has over 20 years of experience leading clients and providing restructuring services. Carmen is a seasoned financial leader with more than 25 years of experience working with companies across a variety of industries.
