CHICAGO, IL (October 18, 2018) — CR3 Partners is pleased to announce that Tim Shanahan has joined the CR3 Partners team and will be based in its Chicago office.
Tim’s background includes significant leadership and operating experience. He began his career in engineering and program management for a major automotive OEM, progressing to executive leadership as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for a major branded consumer products company, followed by over 15 years of successful crisis management and corporate growth consulting. Most recently, Tim served as interim CFO of an international consumer products company with over $250 million in revenue, working alongside a CR3 engagement team to provide financial leadership during a critical bankruptcy period.
“We’re excited to have Tim on the team,” said partner Tom O’Donoghue, who served as Chief Restructuring Officer of the consumer products company. “His financial management and executive leadership skills add to the depth of CR3’s expertise and allow us to better serve clients across the Midwest.”
Tom added that the expansion of the Chicago team is significant because, “in addition to Chicago being a great central location, it allows us to reach more clients quickly and also provides us the opportunity to connect with middle-market capital funding sources who work closely with our clients.”
