Spencer has over 20 years of experience in turnaround and restructuring, during which he has developed comprehensive business solutions and negotiated with diverse stakeholder groups within domestic and international teams. Spencer has been recognized by The M&A Advisor as the 2022 Turnaround Consultant of the Year and by the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) in its 40 Under 40 list, and has received leadership awards from the New York Institute of Credit (NYIC) and The M&A Advisor.
