DALLAS, TX (January 21, 2021) — CR3 Partners is proud to announce its new Manager, Mark Kennedy, in the Atlanta office. Mark has more than ten years of experience in investment banking and financial services. He is skilled in business plan preparation, merger and acquisition strategies, working capital management, performance improvement and modeling. Working alongside Mark in the Atlanta office is Senior Associate, Lee Hiles, Lee is a financial advisor with experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, restructuring, valuation, debt, mergers, and acquisitions.
CR3 Partners also made a recent addition to its new Richmond office with Senior Associate, Katie Usera. Katie is a finance professional with experience in public accounting, corporate restructuring, and litigation support services. She provides financial consulting services to troubled entities, debtors, creditors, and fiduciaries and has served as a financial advisor in several receivership cases.
